Custom Order Process

At aaline, our products are for designers, by designers. We understand that certain projects require specific customization not typically offered for our products.
Whether it is a napkin sketch, an idea inspired by an existing product, or a certain look/goal, our design team can work with you to bring your vision to life. -
After initial discussions, our design team will provide you with custom shop drawings specifiying what your product dimensions, technical details, and finishes. Our products are designed as systems, allowing us to extract and add to them using materials and in-house manufacturing methods we know best.

After shop drawings are signed off, our design and production teams coordinate to ensure seamless in-house manufacturing of your custom request. Lead times are typically 4-6 weeks depending on complexity and scale.
